Production Supervisor
Primary Objective: To lead, supervise, and coordinate work activities within assigned Production Areas (Integrated Electric, Non-Integrated Electric, Pneumatic and/or Power Transmission) in a manner which is consistent with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent. Prefer at least 2 years of technical training as a mechanical or electrical technician or related field.
- At least 2 years of related supervisory experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of computerized MRP systems and PC applications (Word & Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and handle a variety of daily tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and sound decision making qualities.
- Ability to effectively coach and develop team members to perform at expected levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of company personnel and others at all levels.
- Displays a positive “can do” attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
