Responsibilities will include:

  • - Respond to customer calls, emails, faxes regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. Communicate with other departments such as Repair Technicians, Shipping, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. Recommend improvements in work-flows and procedures. Create, maintain and document work-flow processes
  • - Enter customer orders into ERP system from a variety of sources such as faxes and web orders. Maintain order accuracy with changes to ship dates, order contents, ship method, etc. Recommend improvements in work-flows and procedures. Create, maintain and document work-flow processes
  • - Administer letters of credit, wire transfers and other forms of foreign payments. Prepare proper documentation for International orders to include pro-forma invoices, shipping documents, packing lists, and letter of credit required documents
  • - Enter Return Material Authorization requests into ERP system from a variety of sources such as faxes and emails.
  • - Answer overflow calls from automated attendant and direct to appropriate person or department.
  • - Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • - Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
  • - Sufficient skills in writing, speaking and listening to communicate moderately complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • - Occasionally deal with difficult individuals or situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • - Work with sensitive corporate information with high degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • - Work with fundamental mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Think with and demonstrate sound analytical reasoning and problem solving
  • - Make progress on (and complete) multiple projects, some under supervision, others without significant supervision; negotiate and meet deadlines. Create and maintain well-organized documentation.
  • - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
